Heddi Gambale, LMT graduated from the Desert Institute of Healing Arts' 1000 hour massage program
in 1995. Heddi is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and
licensed by the State of Arizona.

In addition to training in gentle, relaxing Swedish Massage, Heddi has
completed workshops on therapy for Fibromyalgia. She is also continuing her
education in Lymph Drainage Therapy and Manual Lymph Drainage and includes some
techniques in every massage; or she can do an entire therapy session with
delicate, but effective, Lymphatic Massage. For ultimate relaxation, Heddi uses
hot black stones and cold marble stones in her LaStone Therapy Massage.

Heddi specialized in Sports Massage and Passive Stretching at the Desert
Institute. Heddi can focus on specific pain relief using Trigger Point Therapy
and also has completed workshops on Massage for Headaches.
